You are walking along a dusty path that turn to the north at this point. 
A short distance ahead of you is a small village.  The sound of a dog
barking carries to you.  There are tall grasses and a few trees all around,
and you can see small animals scampering about.  You hope that someone in
the village will be able to give you information about the Ghering Caverns,
which are rumored to be in this area.  To your south is a bench where a
weary traveler might rest.  The smell of fresh blood fills your nostrils -
it seems to be stronger to the west.
