This is a fairly small chamber with rather dim lighting.  It is bare of
furnishings, save for a single painting of a rather exotic-looking fey. 
There is a stairwell going down on the opposite side of the room.  As you
take a deep breath, you think you catch the scent of fresh blood.  An
inscription at the bottom of the painting identifies this as Hurych, one of
the first fey to leave the faerie plane.
