Coming in from the dusty road the north, the refined appearances of this
brick built structure seem to make a striking transition from old to new. 
Apparently recently constructed through funding by the Council of Seven,
this brightly-lit facility seems larger than possible now that you've
entered it.  Sorted shelves and bins line the walls, offering anyone who
takes the time to shuffle through the used goods the best chance at finding
what they are seeking.
