You are in a rough-walled passageway in the Ghering Caverns.  The floor
here is a light-gray stone.  The walls are a combination of earth and stone.
Glowing lichen grows thickly on the walls, lighting your way.  You can hear
the scurrying of feet, but you can't determine the direction it is coming
from because of the muffling effect of the stone.  The passage runs to the
north and south from here.
