This house is very nice.  The furniture is very nice and soft.  The table
is full of books on roots and herbs.  The shelves are full of old formulas
and experiments.  Efferd takes his work home on many occasions.  This is a
very warm and cozy house, yet he has not friends or visitors come to see
him.  There is a small corner of the room sectioned off by a heavy black
curtain.  You can see light seeping out from around the edges however.  You
take a peek around the curtain, and see severel waist-high plants growing. 
You realize that this must be his growing room where he grows all of the
herb required for his various potions.
