This is a passageway deep within the third level of the Ghering Caverns. 
The walls here are mostly stone.  The floor is stone, with some fallen rock
scattered here and there.  There is no light source in this room, and only
your torch enables you to see anything at all.  You can make out the dim
shapes of cave-dwelling animals scurrying about.  Also, your nose tells you
that something that could use a bath is down here!  The passage runs north
and south at this point.  
A foul-smelling civet cat is snarling at you.
