You have found the hidden passage to the dungeon.  The moaning sounds of
the undead splits the brittle silence and the air around you seems to turn
freezing cold all of a sudden.  You grope your way through the treacherous
darkness, careful of the dangers that may lie ahead.  Up is the hidden trap
door while down is the stairs to the dungeon.
