The staircase comes to an end at the floor of the cavern here.  You find,
to your amazement that you could not see the true nature of this cavern from
above.  It is no plain cavern at all, it is a small city!  Carved straight
out of pillars of crystal, the buildings top off at about ten feet high, and
are as much as 30 feet around.  Small trails lead north, south, east and
west.
