This small trail leads around the city by the small alcoves that were
seen traversing the stairway.  Powerful magic radiates from the alcove to
the north.  Light filters through the crystal buildings from some unknown
source.  A dizzying array of colors explodes all around you from the shards
of light hitting the buildings.
