Lord Vashir is known for his love of parties and the high life, and it
looks as though the town treasury spared no expense in making this betting
parlor as nice as possible.  Marble tiles checkerboard across the floor,
like a gleaming die tossed by a gambler.  Solid sequoia doorframes line the
hallway, each leading to a separate betting room with its own dealer. 
Small, disembodied balls of light encase the whole place with a soft yellow
hue, soothing you for an exciting time of it.  
     Crystal clear water gushes forth from an ornate marble fountain.
     An elaborate sign attracts your eye.
     The glowing tournament winners board is perched above an array of buttons.
