This older conduit is comprised of carefully hand-laid bricks. This section of the road has been better preserved over the years, due to its proximity to the town center and the historically lighter volume of foot traffic. A tall obsidian street lamp rises up at this intersection, marking the crossing for weary travelers. To the north, a flight of spiral stairs leads up into the interior of the bulwark.
