Only the finest soldiers become guardsmen of Lowangen Keep and they ride
only the finest steeds.  These stables house the most important mounts in
Lowangen when they're not out defending the city.  The service life of a
guard horse is often short, however, and a shrewd adventurer may be able to
pick up a slightly used mount for cheap.
