Unlike many of the rooms, this one is more than adequately lit.  A large
window occupies the majority of the southern wall, and a highly polished
brass lantern is suspended from the ceiling, bathing the clean white walls
in its light.  The floor is covered by a heavy Beltan rug, with an
interesting pattern of yellows, blues and reds.  A well stocked bookshelf
sits in the corner, and a desk is situated against the eastern wall.  The
desk is covered by various books, maps, and scrawled notes.
