Although Teolaven is, relative to the bustling metropolises spread across
Alyria, downright primitive, no expense has been spared in the construction
or decoration of the town's sole dining establishment.  The odd ray of
octarine light beams in from the rotating disco ball west, reflecting within
the dozens of stacked crystal chalices, plates and silverware.  This is the
sort of place that everyone likes to come for a meal, provided they can
afford it.
