The populace of the village of Teolaven recently all voted for a tax hike
to fund the installation of a communal outhouse, to hold that innovative new
gnomish invention, the pneumatic hydrolatrine.  Handy for the visiting ogres
that hate having to dig a trench after every big dinner, children that are
afraid of journeying into the woods, and increasing the general olfactory
atmosphere of the village, the latrine was quite a wise investment.  
     A sparkling white ceramic latrine invitingly occupies a portion of the room here.
