This cavernous room reeks of the stench of offal. Years of neglect have
allowed it to pile up, coating the walls and floor with the horrible the
mess.  Far above can be heard the shrieks of large birds, causing you to
shiver at the sound.  Above only an impenetrable inky blackness is visible,
the ceiling too far way to be seen.  
    You sense a hidden life form in the area.
