This dark, smelly room is hidden behind the large bookcase in the
advisors' room.  There are cobwebs in the corner, and dust everywhere except
a path leading across the room to some steps, leading up.  You can hear
strange noises coming from above you, different whizzing and hissing sounds.
You can sense a great personage is up above you, somewhere in that high
darkness...
