This is the study of Terra Ophellium, apparently the current wizard
advisor to Lord Maldra.  The room is filled with everything you'd expect to
find in a wizard's study, such as bubbling alchemical equipment on several
large stone tables.  Vents in the roof allow the more toxic of the gasses
emitted by the experiments to escape into the outdoors.  A few worn-looking
leather couches and several large bookcases filled with old and tattered
books occupy the east end of the room.  There are a few wooden tables there
covered in books and scrolls, many of which are filled with a measured,
crabby handwriting describing various techniques and magical hypotheses.
