Tree-lined streets offer residents a peaceful journey as they go about
their business.  From a distance come the cries of sailors on the ships
docked at Sigil's port as they prepare for yet another voyage.  Sidewalks
sparkle in the light from the many small crystalline rocks embedded within
it.  Soft rustling noises come from the nearby shrubbery.  A small sign
