Noise from the busy streets of Sigil seems distant to those who travel on
these tree-lined streets.  Tree-lined streets offer residents a peaceful
journey as they go about their business.  From a distance come the cries of
sailors on the ships docked at Sigil's port as they prepare for yet another
voyage.  Quiet noises come from within the nearby homes filling the air with
a soft murmur.  Soft rustling noises come from the nearby shrubbery.  A
