This particular street in the Arches of Rune are well shaded by the dense
tree line on each side of the pathway.  Water droplets sit heavily on the
leaves and catch the sunlight causing an array of colorful light , hence the
name of the street is called Prism Court.  There are brass plaques next to
each entrance.  To the northeast is #15, north is #17, and northwest is #19.
Southeast is #16 and south is #18.  West is home #21.
