Children can be seen playing on the sidewalks and in the nearby lawns. 
Their laughter fills the air with bright sound.  Petite hedges line the
sides of the roadway in an attempt to keep street noise from annoying the
residents.  Wind whispers through the tall trees rustling the leaves before
winding its way carrying the soft sound of the far off ocean.
