Petite hedges line the sides of the roadway in an attempt to keep street
noise from annoying the residents.  The sounds of children laughing drifts
along the street mixing with the cries of birds high in the trees lining the
sidewalk.  Birds perched high in the trees lining the roadway chirp
contentedly as they watch their fellows flit through the thick branches.
