Elkton Road is one of the most loveliest streets in the the development. 
The beautifully patterned cobblestone that leads up and down the street
looks as though it were just layed out this very day because it seems to
have experienced little wear.  There are petite hedges that line the sides
of the roadway in an attempt to keep the noise from annoying the residents. 
It seems to be quite a serene neighborhood except for the ocassionally stray
that would bark at those residents moving about.  You can occasionally hear
the sounds of boats off in the distance and the chanting of the ship's
captain announcing its arrival.
