Children can be seen playing on the sidewalks and in the nearby lawns. 
Their laughter fills the air with bright sound.  Occasionally the sounds of
boats off in the distance and the chanting of the ship's captain announcing
its arrival can be heard.  This seems to be quite a very quiet neighborhood
except for the intermittent laughter of children and the occasional bark of
a dog somewhere nearby.
