In the distance, the sound of activity in town can be heard but it is by
no means overwhelming for those who seek the solace of the residential area
after their adventures.  The cries of birds fill the air as they flitter
about the fragrant trees that provide shade for the street and all who pass
by on their way into Rune or to one of the residences.  Occasionally the
sounds of boats off in the distance and the chanting of the ship's captain
announcing its arrival can be heard.
