Wind whispers through the tall trees rustling the leaves before winding
its way carrying the soft sound of the far off ocean.  Children can be seen
playing on the sidewalks and in the nearby lawns.  Their laughter fills the
air with bright sound.  This seems to be quite a very quiet neighborhood
except for the intermittent bark of a dog.
