This seems to be quite a very quiet neighborhood except for the
intermittent laughter of children and the occasional bark of a dog.  Petite
hedges line the sides of the roadway in an attempt to keep street noise from
annoying the residents.  Fragrant flowers line the hedge here, providing
vibrant color to offset the dull cobblestone.
