The Commons of Xaventry Realty are where some of the more classy and
expensive homes are built.  In the exact center of the commons lies a fair
sized pond that is teeming with ducks and geese.  The road that the houses
stand on circumnavigates this pond in one big circle.  The adventurers who
have their homes here certainly must of paid quite a few gold pieces to be
surrounded by such beauty.  A pathway leads off to the east, where more
homes are located.  In front of the southern home stands a perfectly
manicured marker displaying the street address; it reads #30.
