This is the sleeping chamber for firefighters who are currently on duty. 
While they are allowed to stay with their families most of the time, each
firefighter is required to stay overnight in the station one week per month
to be prepared for emergencies at night.  You notice that several fans are
blowing air down the corridor to the west, probably in an attempt to keep
the smell of the horses away.  
A fire fighter waits in the firehouse for the next blaze.
