A balcony surrounding looking down on the hotel lobby, the western side
of the balcony has a stair well which leads up to the exclusive rooms of the
hotel.  The second floor of the eastern wing stems off from the eastern side
of the balcony.  To the east, the second floor rooms are found stemming off
from a long corridor.
