Why?  Why would anyone bother to put so much time and effort into a small
resort by the dangerous Oceanus Decarus?  This place has some amazing
architecture and stunning designs, some of the most beautiful artwork you've
ever seen.  The pristine condition of the area and the sheer lack of wear is
very spooky.  The Hotel Hello is world-renowned, and a popular destination
for travelers in the Underground.  There should be at least a little sign
of use here.  This room in particular is a stunning example of the opulence
of the hotel.
