An Icy Passage Beneath the Grate                       -      N      -

Small piles of leaves have collected in the center of the room, just
under the iron grate.  Piles of compost have also been gathered in the far
corners of the room, ready to be used as fertilizer.  The small ladder
leading up to the grate is covered in a thin layer of ice, making the trip
up a hazardous one.  The passage leads to the north, where large rocks can
be seen on the floor, having fallen from the ceiling.  Short howling and
deep moaning can be heard from the darkness ahead.
