This room is filled with different objects, made for keeping prisoners in
line.  There is a large wooden table in the middle of the room, which is
chipped and worn from years of abuse.  On it are an assortment of whips,
chains, and locks.  Hanging on the wall are many types of weapons, used by
the guards here.  It is very quiet here, as most of the guards spend their
time sleeping in here.
