The third creed of Lord Alymar is represented throughout this hallway,
justice.  Tapestries of justice being carried out line the entire hallway,
from a court trial to a death sentence.  A symbol of balanced scales rests
upon the eastern wall to show that justice does exist, and will be done. 
The Guards of Justice, commonly the executioners of the New Kolvir, ensure
that justice be done to all whom they see fit.
