Here dwells Ringo, Alyria's master ring craftsman and merchant.  Not only
does he create all the rings for new couples, he is able to remove old rings
from people who no longer find a use for them.  The rings are melted down
and recycled for use in new ones, creating an endless cycle.  A piping hot
furnace and a simple wooden workbench covered with small tools and molds are
all that fill this room.
