This part of the village is quiet, the silence interrupted only by the
intermittent banter of pigs coming from the other side of the wooden gate to
the south, and by the less-frequent passersby -- "silence" being relative,
of course; noises and voices float faintly in from the east.  
Taking in Gilvery's scenery is a visitor from Rune.
