There are broken test tubes and vials all over this room, you also see
smears of blood here and there.  You smell something that makes you want to
gag, looking around you determine that a disgusting looking pool of greenisn
ichor is the source.  Looking at the wall you see some huge claw marks high
up, there are smears of the same green ichor around them.  
A long suffering, rather abused looking lab rat is attacking anything that moves.
A lab rat begins attacking you!
A lab rat is in perfect health.
