There is a overturned table in the middle of the floor and a couple of
broken stools laying against one wall.  A few rats and mice nose around the
walls in search of something to eat.  In the distance you can hear moans and
the sounds of things being thrown.  
A long suffering, rather abused looking lab rat is attacking anything that moves.
A lab rat begins attacking you!
A lab rat is in perfect health.
