New Rigel's Lost and Found department is efficiently tucked away in this
small storefront, funded solely through Lord Vashir's generosity.  Although
provided a relatively small piece of real estate given the importance of its
tasks, this governmental department is conveniently located near the town
gates so that even infrequent visitors, such as those from from Lady
Templeton and Lord Vendredi's domains can easily access their lost items the
world over.
