The incline is sustained in this portion of the passage, and continues
all the way to a dead end far to the southeast.  The walls have turned into
sheer faces that extend far into the dark above.  The passage winds, though,
in strange and hardly natural ways.  One must bend her body and contort to
slide past the narrow and winding way.  
A baby bat sleepily hangs from the ceiling.
