This room is ALMOST as tasteless and disgusting as the hall of trophies.
Not quite, however.  A rack big enough to give a hill giant a good stretch
dominates the room, with assorted barbed things, all covered in blood,
hanging from the wall.  A few skeletons decided, most likely against their
own will, to take up a permentant residence in this hall of pain.  You
quicky evalutate that you dont.  
     A weapons rack is full of frightening tools, all for prisoners.
     A twisted iron poker rests in a weapons rack, on a pile of smoldering ashes.
     A spiked implement from the torture chamber rests in the weapons rack, with just enough room to impale.
     a pair of steel vise-grips, used for both construction and pain-infliction, lays loose in the weapons rack.
     A barbed whip lays in the rack, part of its tail accessible.
