The main source of income for Ofstadt - besides wool - is the unique and
powerful ale it brews.  This product is produced in this large warehouse,
which is filled with various tanks, vats, pipes, and casks.  There are burps
of steam, and the occasional clink of metal as liquids are passed from
device to device.  Walking through is something of a maze, and especially
stressful knowing that bumping anything could ruin that day's turnout.
