There is no fancy tapestry or paintings here, as this hall is simple and
ruggedly adorned with the bare requirements.  Fancy wallpapers that once
brightened the walkway now hangs in gloomy, faded tatters that flutter in
the wake of passers-by with heads downturned, ignoring it as they pass to
and fro.  Rusted cages threaten to drop their lanterns, and a sharp breeze
blows in through a half-open window.  Loud noises issue from the lounge to
the north, while only ragged gasps of wind slip in from the passage south.  
     A brass oil lamp is here providing light for the room.
     A simple yet well crafted table is here with three benches for seating.
A barbaric ogre stomps around frightening prospective customers.
