You are at the center of Tellerium Circle.  Hossy Road continues both
north-south, while Kytern Street runs west to east.  This area is filled
with characters of entertainment.  At one end, short colorful men juggle for
change.  On the other side, a lanky man stands and mimics a statue, covered
in a silver substance.  The stale stench of cigars brings your attention to
an ugly fellow, complaing about overdue rent.  
     A crystal fountain overflows with sparkling water.

A plump landlord waddles around, chewing on his cigar.
