No ogre wants to live near this hut.  The owner, Stinkriver, smells too
clean for the liking of his neighbors.  As a recourse, StinkRiver used all
sorts of foul smelling things to build his hut, from dragon dung to weeds
collected from in Tree Forest.  The eastern door is more of a bashed in
wall, created by the driven rage of an ogre who got teased and pushed just a
bit too far.
