You are walking down Ardville, a street spanning the west side of New
Rigel Realty.  As you walk by, passing the courts and cross streets, you
enjoy the sweet fragrance of the flowers that grow nearby.  While you are
peacefully strolling, you notice the amount of people rushing to get to and
from their houses.  The number seems to increase as you move nearer and
nearer to the center.  Loud noises can be heard coming from that direction. 
Small iron plaques hang outside each home, bearing a number.  The home on
the west side displays #9, while east bears #10.
