Tall trees tower over the plaza shading its pathways with their
interlaced limbs.  A glistening marble statue of Lord Vashir stands in the
center of the plaza gazing back toward the streets of New Rigel.  Even
though this plaza is close to the busy streets of New Rigel, a peaceful air
pervades it and promises a place of peace and restoration for its residents.
