In the center of the plaza, a translucent fountain fills the air with its
tinkling song while massive elms spread their branches over the plaza with
its wide paths and lush plantings.  Winding its way through the plaza, the
roadway offers easy passage for larger groups of travelers while affording a
view of the lush gardens that have been installed here.
