The inner sanctums of the Arcade are truly wondrous, filled with the
ever-changing sights and colors of powerful magic and expressional artistry.
No expense was spared in the dedication of this section to the newest
political ally of Decara, Baron Nezak.  The enormous clawed pillars are in
force here in particular, clustered around the center of the hall so that
one is forced to weave between them, and deftly avoid being blinded by the
flashes of light from the crystal orbs they hold.  The main monument lies to
the south, and the outer hallway to the north.
